Home Game Canteen - June 8 and 9
Canteen OPEN for our home flag games next weekend. Our canteen was a huge success last year and we anticipate that it will be the same again this season. That being said, we cannot do it without our volunteers. This piece is essential to ensuring things run smoothly and that we are able to host many of our visiting clubs at our home field.
Call for Canteen Volunteers!
Below, you will see the first google form (we find this the easiest way to track) for CANTEEN VOLUNTEER SIGN UP. In this form, there are spaces for you to sign up for as many shifts as you are able to commit to (ideally 1-to-2-hour shifts). We will always have someone available to assist in the canteen, you will be there as a helping hand to sell our goodies.
Not able to donate your time? The form below has options for monetary donations, gift cards or item donations we can sell (gatorade, water, freezies etc.) Any monetary donations are to be sent directly to our Treasurer Guylaine at treasurer@gsraidersfootball.ca (indicate canteen).
Our plan is to have a cashless option for purchases! Remember there are two full home game days at our field so we need as much help as we can get!

Raffle Baskets
We will have RAFFLE BASKETS at our flag home games! Below is a second google form that provides ideas of items that would be useful in our outdoor raffle baskets. All donations are welcome, if there is something not listed that you would like to add, please feel free to add it to our list. A fundraising organizer will be available at the field for donation drop offs next week, please indicate your drop off day on the form (link below). Final day for drop offs will be Thursday, June 6 at 8pm.
